Our fitness centre has just recently opened and we provide a wide range of training options. The core skills that we teach include:
- Muay Thai kickboxing
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- Boxfit 45 mins of cardio burn and skills training
- Kickfit 45 mins of cardio burn and skills training
We also have a number of programs for children and teenagers including the immensely popular Rock & Water program which targets bullying and builds confidence.
All of our classes are open to everyone and are designed to enhance your own personal development, setting a new positive direction in your journey.
Our trainers have excellent technical skills and a great deal of experience. They can address any individual issues, injuries or concerns.
We are family orientated and have created a fun place to exercise and train. We do not tolerate bad behaviour as we respect others using the fitness centre. We are extremely focussed on creating an environment that is safe for our young students and delivering excellent education and instruction.
